AbsoluteControl(tm) License Agreement

This license covers usage and distribution of
AbsoluteControl software. AbsoluteControl is
distributed as FreeWare!

1. COPYRIGHT
All copyrights to AbsoluteControl are exclusively owned by Kamatoz Computing
and Greg Arkadiev (the author) unless otherwise noted. Copyright information
is available to users in documentation files that come with the software and
in “About…” window of AbsoluteControl program!

laws!

Windows(tm) is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. All other trademarks are
either (R) registered trademarks or (tm) trade marks of their respective

2. FREEWARE DISTRIBUTION AND USAGE
AbsoluteControl is distributed as FreeWare! This means you can use it on any
number of computers, copy, put on CDs, CDRs, MDs and other removable media as
long as theese media are distributed at no cost to 3d parties. You can upload
AbsoluteControl(tm) setup file on any ftp or http server (theese include file
archives, software archives, collections etc.). The above statements apply to
distribution process only if the single AbsoluteControl setup file (including
all documentation contained in setup package) left unchanged!

YOU CANNOT CHANGE INSTALLATION (SETUP) PACKAGE AT ANY CONDITION!
3. LIMITED WARRANTY
NO WARRANTY: AbsoluteControl IS DISTRIBUTED AS IS. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND
IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. GREG ARKADIEV,
KAMATOZ COMPUTING OR ANY OTHER PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS OF CREATION OF
THIS SOFTWARE OR IT’S COMPONENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES,
LOSS OF PROFITS, MENTAL DISORDERS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR
MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

4. DECOMPILATION AND REVERSE-ENGINEERING PROHIBITED
You may not decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer AbsoluteControl binary
code in any way.

5. LIKENESSES PROHIBITED
You may not use the original concept and design of AbsoluteControl program
and My-MindIT.com web-site. The design of AbsoluteControl program and
My-MindIT.com web-site are the intellectual property of Greg Arkadiev and
Kamatoz Computing.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Greg Arkadiev and
Kamatoz Computing.

6. Installing and using AbsoluteControl signifies acceptance of these terms
and conditions of the license agreement.

7. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
AbsoluteControl files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
